1. About This Site
This site is operated by Dyer & Company LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. The site is used to present executive coaching services, the Total Immersion Capital Fluency (TICF) program, speaking engagement offerings, and related educational content including blog posts and training materials.
2. Eligibility
Use of this site and enrollment in any program or service offered through it is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with the explicit knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for your participation and any obligations incurred.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to the Total Immersion Capital Fluency (TICF) curriculum, program frameworks, written materials, blog posts, graphics, videos, and the Dyer & Company brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dyer & Company LLC and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

5. Program Enrollment and Payment Terms
Enrollment in the TICF program or any other Dyer & Company offering constitutes a binding agreement. The following terms apply:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once enrollment is confirmed and payment is received.
Installment payment plans, where offered, represent a binding obligation for the full program fee regardless of whether you complete the program.
Failure to remit scheduled installment payments may result in suspension of program access pending resolution.
The deposit required to secure a seat in the TICF founding cohort is non-refundable.
6. Recording Policy
Coaching sessions, TICF cohort sessions, and any other program-related meetings may be recorded. All recordings are the exclusive property of Dyer & Company LLC. Recordings are maintained for program quality and participant reference purposes.
Dyer & Company LLC will not use recordings, excerpts, or any identifiable content from recorded sessions for marketing, promotional, or public distribution purposes without the prior written consent and signed release of the individuals appearing in the relevant material.
Program participants are expected to maintain confidentiality with respect to the content of sessions, including the identities and disclosures of fellow participants. Dyer & Company LLC holds the same obligation.
7. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
This site may contain links to third-party websites or embed content from third-party platforms, including YouTube. Dyer & Company LLC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy practices, or terms of service. Your engagement with third-party content is governed by the terms of those platforms.
